(i) If the Buyer is not satisfied with any Goods purchased from NUTRITIMES HEALTHCARE PRIVATE LTD., Or If you wish to return or exchange any item please email or call us within 7 days of purchase, purchaseand a full refund excluding carriage charges will be issued or the exchange items will be sent subject to further carriage charge.
(ii) Faulty and damaged goods should be returned to our Returns Department with a letter of explanation & proof of purchase.
(iii) Please return items in original packaging.
(iv) Amount will be refunded within 45 working days (After receiving the product at NUTRITIMES Healthcare PRIVATE LTD).
(v) While the Goods remain in the Buyer’s possession, the Buyer is under a duty to ensure that the Goods are kept safe and secure.
